Management Training Program


Upswing Acquisitions provides unlimited promotional opportunities for each individual who joins our team based 100% on achievement and not seniority. By pushing our candidates to step outside of their comfort zones while practicing their newly acquired skills alongside more advanced team members, they achieve fantastic goals in an exceptionally short amount of time, with many advancing into management positions within six to nine months. All management starts at entry-level with lessons in marketing, teaching, training, developing other team members, and mastering the back-end of business operations.

The Account Representative role is the foundation of our career growth program. Through hands-on training and coaching, you'll develop skills in sales, customer service, and marketing while executing campaigns for top-tier clients. As the first point of contact for customers, strong communication is key. We promote from within, offering opportunities to advance into leadership and management roles.
As an Account Manager, you will oversee multiple in-store marketing campaigns across the city. You'll train Brand Ambassadors and fellow Account Managers on our Proven Marketing System while playing a key role in second-round interviews to educate potential hires on our impact for Fortune 500 clients. This phase focuses on leadership development and team growth.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll transition from front-line operations to behind-the-scenes leadership. You'll train in payroll, interviewing, budgeting, and banking while playing a key role in planning expansion efforts. Working closely with our Fortune 500 clients, you'll help drive growth and develop strategies to scale our business into new markets.
As a Market Manager, you’ll take charge of Brand Management and oversee in-store marketing campaigns within your territory. You'll ensure campaigns align with client expectations, retail standards, and company goals. Having grown from entry-level, Market Managers bring hands-on experience that drives consistent results year after year.
